Poly (lactic acid) (PLA) is an important biodegradable plastic with unique properties. However, its widespread application hindered by low miscibility and suboptimal degradation To overcome these limitations, we investigated the mechanical, thermal, properties of PLA poly (butylene sebacate-co-terephthalate) (PBSeT) blends in presence (ethylene oxide) (PEO). Specifically, this study aimed to identify effects PEO as a compatibilizer hydrolysis accelerator PLA/PBSeT blends. (80%) PBSeT (20%) were melt blended various contents (2–10 phr), their hydrolytic analyzed. All PEO-treated exhibited higher elongation at break than that control sample, tensile strength was slightly reduced. In 10% increased 800% sample.
